REBELLION FESTIVAL VISITS ITALY

I´m glad to announce that the storic REBELLION FESTIVAL( the greatest punk event in Europe, that has been held for 15 years in Blackpool,gathering people from every country),will hit Venice on Saturday 29 May 2010 for its first Italian date .
It will be a one day festival,where a lot of well-known punk,oi!, rockabilly and ska bands will share the two stages with other bands from England,Italy,Germany etc…
There's a list of confirmed bands:

COCK SPARRER, the famous punk rock band formed in the East End of London in 1972.They are lined up to headline the main stage;
THE BOYS : together with Cock Sparrer,one of the early bands of the UK punk oi! scene of the 1970´s.They will retourn in Italy after a tour in 2009.
CRIMINAL CLASS: an oi!band from Coventry,originally formed in 1979,author of anthems as "antisocial" and "blood on the street";
DRONGOS FOR EUROPE: one of the angriest punk hard core bands in England. Born in Birmingham in 1979, they have disbanded twice but they reunited to continue to shock with thei powerful sound. 
BAD CO.PROJECT: from the ashes of OXYMORON, the legendary band born and raised in the streets of Berlin.They have had an incredible wow all over the world.
GOLDBLADE: punk, rockabilly, ska from Manchester. Formed in 1996 by ex-Membranes, their last album full of anthems "Rebel Songs" is released by Captain Oi! Records.
BULL BRIGADE: one of the most valid antifascist Oi!band in Italy. It was born in Tourin in 2006.The four boys took part in many different concerts all over Italy and Europe, as Uk(at "Antifa fest"),French and Croatia.
REAZIONE : a storic oi!,ska and rock´n´roll italian legend.Formed in 1993, the core of this group is the energy and the fun emitted in their live performance.
GUITAR GANGSTERS: three guys from London that play melodic punk since 1988.
CHURCH OF CONFIDENCE:punk rock´n´roll from Berlin.
SEPTIC PSYCHOS : raw sound and alcoholic chorus from the pubs of the Midlands since 1979.
THE DUEL: wawe punk rock´n´roll from camden town, with a female voice that remembers the early classic punk of VICE SQUAD.
PICTURE FRAME SEDUCTION: formed in 1978 in Wales,it´s an energic punk hard core band influenced by the sound typic of the second wawe of british punk, exploded in 1982.
THE MONKISH: an irriverent and demential band from London on the way of 77´s punk sound. They relate the band was born in a toilet.
ISTANT AGONY: angry punk hard core from UK (Birkenhead) on the way of D.I.Y. Approach.
DRAGSTER : "hot rock,devil rock!",it´s the title of one of their album populated by  zombies,monsters and voodo rites in a Halloween atmosphere.

Tickets are already on sale for 30 euros from the rebellion web site or by post. A nice idea to spent   an enjoyable week-end among colourful people and pints of cheep beer!
